Joe Gibbs and Joe Theismann to Join Tom Hammond for NBC Coverage of Jets-Bengals Playoff Game

This three man in the booth combination is either brilliantly conceived or some kid of bad practical joke. Former Redskins coach Joe Gibbs and former Redskins Quarterback Joe Theismann will join Tom Hammond in the booth for the New York Jets (9-7) wild-card game against the Cincinnati Bengals (10-6).
And there will be no eye candy on the sideline as NBC has assigned Tiki Barber as the "sideline reporter" (at least FOX sports designates Tony Siragusa as a "sideline analyst"). Kickoff is at 4:30 PM ET on Saturday, January 9, 2010.

The Sunday Night Football crew of Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth, and Andrea Kremer will have the Philadelphia Eagles (11-5) - Dallas Cowboys (11-5) game at 8:00 PM ET the same night.
