Mark Silverman, President

Mark Silverman joined the Big Ten Network in December 2006 after serving as the general manager and senior vice president of ABC Cable Networks Group, where he managed the company's equity in such channels as Lifetime Television, A&E Network and the History Channel. Silverman was also responsible for developing and launching new cable channels, shows and other key initiatives. He also served as the general manager of ABC Family Channel from 2003-04. Mike Feller, Vice President, Programming

Mike Feller
joined the Big Ten Network in March 2007 after spending nearly a decade helping to build Fox's FSN programming service and the 19 owned-and-operated regional sports networks that now support it. He is one of a small contingent of executives to have joined Fox when it had few sports properties and has since grown to become one of the nation's most influential providers of sports programming to television, broadband and other platforms. Prior to joining the Big Ten Network in March as VP, Communications, Elizabeth Conlisk spent six years at The Ohio State University, serving five years as assistant vice president for media relations and her final year as special assistant to the president for executive communications. Specializing in e-commerce and interactive sales, Roy Seinfeld joined the Big Ten Network in May 2007 after serving as the senior vice president of sales at W3I.com, an interactive marketing services company. From 2001 to 2005, he was the president of FanBuzz, a Minnesota-based electronic commerce and catalogue solutions provider. Read more...

Erin Harvego, Vice President, Marketing

Erin Harvego oversees marketing and media buying for the Big Ten Network including consumer marketing, on-air promotions, radio, print and brand strategy. Harvego coordinated the network's successful advertising campaign with the tagline, "This is Big Ten Country and this is where it lives" as the network became the first in cable/satellite history to reach 30 million subscribers within its first 30 days on the air. Kevin Weiberg, Vice President, University Planning & Development

In June 2007, Kevin Weiberg left his post as commissioner of the Big 12 Conference to join the Big Ten Network. As Big 12 commissioner, Weiberg has had a prominent role in collegiate athletics, serving terms as coordinator of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS), as a member of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Committee and as chair of the Division I-A Collegiate Commissioners' Association.
