Mark Silverman, President
Mark Silverman joined the Big Ten Network in December 2006 after serving as the general manager and senior vice president of ABC Cable Networks Group, where he managed the company's equity in such channels as Lifetime Television, A&E Network and the History Channel. Mike Feller, Vice President, Programming

Mike Feller joined the Big Ten Network in March 2007 after spending nearly a decade helping to build Fox's FSN programming service and the 19 owned-and-operated regional sports networks that now support it. He is one of a small contingent of executives to have joined Fox when it had few sports properties and has since grown to become one of the nation's most influential providers of sports programming to television, broadband and other platforms. Kevin Weiberg, Vice President, University Planning & Development
In June 2007, Kevin Weiberg left his post as commissioner of the Big 12 Conference to join the Big Ten Network. As Big 12 commissioner, Weiberg has had a prominent role in collegiate athletics, serving terms as coordinator of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS), as a member of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Committee and as chair of the Division I-A Collegiate Commissioners' Association.
