Athens, GA (Dec 7, 2007) - Mike Hall, who won the first season of ESPN's Dream Job, is now a studio host for The Big Ten Network. This is his profile as published by The Big Ten Network.

Mike Hall was named studio host for the Big Ten Network in August 2007. He anchors BIG TEN TONIGHT and hosts FRIDAY NIGHT TAILGATE and COACHES Q&A. He joined the Big Ten Network after spending three years as an anchor with ESPN. Hall, who won the first season of ESPN’s Dream Job, spent time as both a SportsCenter and ESPNNEWS anchor.

In 2005, ESPN launched an all new college sports network, ESPNU, and named Hall lead anchor. While there, Hall anchored all of the network’s studio shows including National Signing Day and Inside the Polls, along with all pre-game and post-game shows. Outside of anchoring, Hall contributed sideline reporting for national championship games including the 2006 NCAA Men’s Volleyball Championships along with the 2006 and 2007 NCAA Frozen Four National Championships.

Hall is a Chicago native and a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
