Athens, GA (Dec 18, 2007) - Producer Lance Barrow and Director Steve Milton will be at the helm today as the PGA Tour returns to real television this weekend. CBS Sports will kick off their 58th year of golf coverage with broadcasts of the 3rd and 4th rounds of the Buick Invitational from Torrey Pines Golf Club South Course. This course is the site of this year's U.S. Open, and as such has drawn a strong field. Of course, Tiger Woods is already running away with the tournament. That does not mean it is not worth watching, as golf fans will be able to see how the course plays now, and then in June with Open conditions.

The CBS talent team this weekend includes Jim Nantz, Nick Faldo, Peter Oosterhuis, Gary McCord, Ian-Baker Finch, Peter Kostis and David Feherty. This is the first of 19 Tour events CBS sports will be covering this year. In addition, they will be covering two LPGA events, The Masters, and the PGA Championship.

The Buick can be seen today from 3:00-6:00 PM (EST) and tomorrow from 3:00-6:30 PM (EST). XM Coverage is available on Channel 146. Live scoring and more is now available FREE from the PGA Tour.
