WCSN To Offer Free Webcast of the 2008 London Marathon
Athens, GA (Apr 11, 2008) - If you are a die-hard distance running fan, World Championship Television Network (WCSN) will offer a live webcast of the 2008 London Marathon on Sunday, April 13, 2008, starting at 3:55 AM ET. The webcast will be free in the United States and Canada.
WCSN.com recently launched Marathon Madness - a special value added editorial package that features original content, articles from road racing experts, interactive maps provided by MapMyRun.com, results, highlights and more. Furthermore, WCSN.com will be offering an exclusive diary from Ryan Hall and special commentary from marathon veteran and journalist Steve Smyth.
In addition to the £150,000 purse prize for the winners, these top competitors will also be fighting for points toward the second World Marathon Majors (WMM) series. The other WMM races this year include the Boston Marathon, the real, -Berlin Marathon, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the ING New York City Marathon all found on WCSN, the home of the World Marathon Majors.
