Dan Fouts Coming Back to CBS Sports

Athens, GA (Aug 19, 2008) - Unceremoniously dumped by ABC Sports last year, TV Week is reporting that Dan Fouts is returning to CBS Sports:

Dan Fouts, former All-Pro quarterback for the San Diego Chargers, will be calling selected games throughout the 2008 “NFL on CBS” schedule. Mr. Fouts also will call selected college football games, including those for CBS’ “SEC on CBS” broadcasts.

The question is: will he get to do som SEC on CBS broadcasts with his old partner Verne Lundquist.
