Athens, GA (Sept 22, 2008) - This was probably a no brainer considering how bad Arkansas played against Alabama this past Saturday. CBS Sports has announced that they will be broadcasting the October 4, 2008 Kentucky - Alabama game at 3:30 PM ET. That means that Raycom Sports will be picking up the Florida-Arkansas game at 12:30 PM ET.

Why pick now for a game on October 4? Because unlike the ABC Sports contract with the ACC, which has a six day window to announce the game to be broadcast, the CBS Contract with the SEC has a 10 day window.
