The 2008 NFL Broadcast Assignments for Week 8

Thursday, October 23, 2008 , Posted by Christopher Byrne at 10:09 PM, under , , ,

Athens, GA (Oct 23, 2008) - Fox Sports gets the double-header this week. And how the mighty have fallen. When was the last time a New England Patriots game only went to 8% of the nation? Then again, they are playing the St. Louis Rams. But should they go to more screens than the Washington Redskins? Fox Sports Net anchor Danyelle Sargent joins the Ron Pitts/Tony Boselli team as the sideline reporter. Hopefully her microphone will be turned off at the right times.

While most crews are going to the same old stadiums and cities, the CBS Sports "A Team" of Jim Nanzt and Phil Simms travels to London (England, not Ohio) for the game between the Chargers and the Saints. Rough duty to be sure.

Byes this week: Bears, Broncos, Packers, Vikings

The following are the 2008 NFL Week 8 talent and production assignments. All are subject to change without notice.
