Athens, GA (Dec 5, 2008) - Buffalo, a long suffering college sports town, has a lot to cheer about tonight. The boys from Indiana will have to bawl about what could have been.
Tell you what though, Turner Gill was incredible in his humility after the game. Watching him hug the UB athletic director had to leave a lump in viewers' throats. If Gill does not get considered by a major BCS football program now, there really is something broken in the hiring process.
And no, Syracuse does not count as a major program.
