Kentucky Goes for Landmark 2,000th Program Win on ESPNU Tonight

There is something special about attending a college basketball game in Rupp Arena. It may be the fact that you are watching a Kentucky game in person, even if you are not a fan of the team. It may be the fact that you are in an arena that is packed with fans who love THEIR team. Either way, it would be special to be there tonight as the 11-0 Wildcats host the Drexel Dragons (6-5) at 7:00 PM ET on ESPNU. Why? Because Kentucky, with a victory, will be the first school ever to reach 2,000 program wins in their 107th season playing the sport..
This game has to be the much watch sporting event tonight. How else can you tell your grandkids that you saw when Kentucky became the first team to reach 2,000 victories, assuming they beat Drexel? Oh and about Drexel...they have 1,061 all time program wins in their 89th season playing the sport.
