The 2009 NFL Broadcast Assignments for Week 17

Friday, January 1, 2010 , Posted by Christopher Byrne at 11:23 PM, under , , , , ,

We made it, Week 17 of the too long NFL season. Why too long? Because teams lime the Colts can pull their Quarterback and not care about winning. Because there are rumours that teams will take a dive tomorrow to keep the Steelers out of the playoffs.

That being said, the game to watch will be the Kansas City Chiefs (3-12) at the Denver Broncos (8-7), as it has been reported that this will be the last regular season game for long-time sportscaster Dick Enberg, Ph.D. Another unique, quality voice in the broadcast booth retiring.

The other game to follow just for kicks is the Atlanta Falcons (8-7) at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-12). If the Falcons win, it will be the FIRST time in team history that they will have had back-to-back winning seasons.
