NBC Sports Did Not Miss Brett Favre On Sunday Night

Athens, GA (Sept 23, 2008) - NBC Sports set a record with what thier never ending hype machine is describing as the "second-most watched "Sunday Night Football game in history, beating the Emmy Awards by 80%!" So with a grain of salt, and a straight face, we will try to accept that two years of NBC broadcasting Sunday Night Football is "history". BUT any show would have beaten the poorly produced and wretched Emmy Awards show. But I digress. What is really impressive with this number is that they did it without Tom Brady or Brett Favre. So eho needs those two guys anyway?
